Here are some of the things that React Native isn’t doing quite well:
Firstly would be, Resource Intensive Apps. When it comes to complex and future-heavy projects, React Native isn’t suitable for this. It is because it requires a lot of processes running in the background.
Secondly, Platform Specific Apps. If the app is designed only for a specific platform, then React Native might not be the best choice as React Native is designed to solve issues with cross platform development.
Lastly, Utility or Media Player Apps. There’re a lot of apps like battery monitors, antivirus software, media players out there. These apps are much easier to build using the native languages because these apps will almost always require the native features and APIs provided by the Platform.
